While there can be variations (usually for non-profit organizations), in general dM's speaking fee schedule is as follows:

Up to 6 hours - $2,500
Up to 4 hours - $2,000
Up to 2 hours - $1,500

If the program is held within 100 miles of Washington, DC, the above fees are reduced by 10%.

The fee includes program development, research and delivery. Travel expenses, including hotel lodging, ground transportation and meals are not included and must be advanced or reserved.
