Jeffrey A. Coles, President & CEO, One Shot Racing, LLC, Maryland

Jeff holds a BA in Architecture from Howard University and an MBA in Commercial Real Estate from American University, and is the founder and CEO of One Shot Racing, the nation's only African American owned professional sportbike racing team. Jeff is a commercial real estate broker for a successful Maryland based firm, handling over $2.3 billion of east coast real estate, and he also has a profitable real estate portfolio of his own. Jeff has a keen financial mind and is adept at turning mere thoughts and aspirations into concrete goals. He is a member of the DC Sportbike Riders Association, the National Association of Black Bikers and the Ride Safe Foundation. He is also a founding member of the East Coast Fallen Riders Memorial Foundation, which makes financial contributions to the victims and families of injured or killed sportbike riders. Jeff is the father of one college son and plays an instrumental role in encouraging Lifestyle CEOs to juggle their work with their own businesses in order to achieve their financial and professional goals.

Mallary Tytel, President & CEO, Healthy Workplaces, LLC, Connecticut

Through Healthy Workplaces, Mallary specializes in "human systems dynamics," helping business owners define and maintain healthy work environments. Mallary is a trusted authority on facilitating a dynamic environment of respect and appreciation for individual contributions. Mallary holds a BA and MA in Philosophy from the City University of New York, a PhD in Public Health Promotion from the Union Institute, and an MBA from the University of Connecticut. She is a Registered Corporate Coach, a Certified Executive Coach and Feedback Coach through the Center for Creative Leadership, and a member of the Organization Development Network and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Mallary resides in Connecticut.

Karen N. Davis, President, Davis Education Consultants, Maryland

Karen is an elementary school teacher, and the owner of Davis Education Consultants, which builds bridges between parents and teachers to maximize the educational process for children. Karen was widowed several years ago when she, her husband of 15 years and their son were involved in an automobile accident in which Karen's husband was killed. As part of Karen's mission to ensure that her son receives an excellent education, Karen earned her Standard Professional Teacher's Certificate so that she would be better able to interpret and utilize the educational resources available to them. Through the process, she came to realize that while parents want desperately to narrow the chasm between parents and teachers, they frequently are at a loss as to how to do that. Through her consulting services, Karen provides one-on-one coaching for parents, helping them navigate the educational system and participate more actively in their child's education at all levels. Karen lives in Maryland with her son and their dog Lexie.

Carrie Myers Smith, Co-Founder & President, Women In Wellness, New Hampshire

Carrie is the co-founder and president of Women in Wellness and the author of Squeezing Your Size 14 Self into a Size 6 World: A Real Woman's Guide to Food, Fitness, and Self-Acceptance (Champion Press 2004). Carrie holds a BS in Exercise Science and Health Education from Plymouth State University and is a licensed Wellcoach, exercise physiologist and writer. She lives with her husband and four sons whom she home schools in Landaff, New Hampshire. Carrie helps women, particularly those working from home where there is little accountability when it comes to calorie intake and exercise, to develop wellness routines that propel them to their maximum health and fitness levels.

Katherine Hutt, APR, President, Nautilus Communications, Inc., Virginia

Katherine, a mother of two, is an award winning public relations specialist and publisher who launched Nautilus in 1996, and today advises a variety of nonprofits, advocacy organizations, government agencies, trade associations and businesses. A writer at heart, Katherine specializes in translating "bureaucratese" and "legalese" to help her clients bring laser-like focus to their marketing and public relations efforts. In 2004, she was inducted into the Public Relations Society of America College of Fellows, a lifetime designation considered one of the profession's highest awards for individual achievement. Katherine provides Lifestyle CEO Magazine readers with unique insight and perspectives on how they can interact with the media to shed a healthy, positive perspective on their businesses.

Julie Murray, President, HER New York, New York

Julie's multi-faceted public relations company specializes in raising visibility for products and services targeted to women as well as women-owned businesses and personalities. In 2002, Julie launched an event design division, which plans stylish galas, openings and product launches. Her company’s lifestyle studio hosts regular cocktail events for women -- allowing businesses to directly market products samples to their targeted consumer. A seasoned writer, Julie has over a decade of experience in public relations, marketing & event planning. She has built a reputation for her multi-talented creative energy, business savvy, sense-of-style and award-winning media placements. Julie holds a BA in Journalism and is a contributing editor for numerous publications. She supports various women's organizations and serves on the Board of her community arts and cultural center. She lives in New York with her husband and two daughters and is currently writing a children's book.

Terri Bynoe, Columbia, South Carolina

Terri holds a BS in Psychology from the University of South Carolina and has been a friend and mentor to Lifestyle CEO founder dM for 25 years. Terri puts her professional training and keen sense of "what makes people tick" to good use in her home, community and anyplace else where she can edify and encourage others. Together with her husband, an emergency room trauma surgeon, Terri is raising three sons while also serving on several non-profit and charitable boards and making a positive difference in her Columbia, South Carolina community.

Sandra Strauss, President, Dynamic Options, Inc., Virginia

Sandy, mom to two grown daughters, holds a degree in Family Studies and Consumer Sciences from San Diego State University. Through her company, she coaches people to create positive and productive connections with customers, co-workers, and in all relationships for greater cooperation and connection. Sandy is the co-author of Get Along with Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere! 8 Keys to Creating Enduring Connections with Customers, Co-workers ... even Kids!
