Meet Lisa Price of HBN member Carol's Daughter at the Lifestyle CEO Conference! Lisa, mother of two, grew a small handmade beauty business operated in the kitchen of her Brooklyn home into one of the most respected "indie" cosmetics manufacturers on the planet. Lisa and her products have been featured in People, "O" The Oprah Magazine, Parenting, Crain's New York Business and Ebony Magazine. She has also appeared on such television programs as The Today Show, E! Entertainment Television and BET. Earlier this year, she inked a $10-million dollar investment deal with Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith (now the Carol's Daughter spokesperson), rapper Jay-Z and other music industry moguls to take the Carol's Daughter brand nationwide. The Carol's Daughter flagship store in Harlem, New York opened just weeks ago. Lisa will be on hand to autograph her book, Success Never Smelled So Sweet which chronicles her journey from bankruptcy to Lifestyle CEO success, and she will share with you from her heart about how you can follow your passion to own a business and manage your home at the same time!

Debbie is a wife, mother of two young sons and the founder of Handmade Beauty Network member Monave Mineral Cosmetics in Baltimore, Maryland. While working for a mass market make-up company, Debbie found herself uninspired by the range of make-up offered to women in her age group. After years of research, Debbie decided to launch her own line of mineral make-up, and to empower other women to learn how to make their own eye shadows, lip sticks and foundation perfectly matched to their skin type. Today, she runs Monave from a Baltimore warehouse just blocks from her home so her sons can join her to plant flowers and play computer games while Debbie mixes her newest make-up concoctions.

After working as a paralegal for 16 years, Denise became mom to a now 5-year old son. And everything changed. Even though having a newborn is filled with beautiful once-in-a-lifetime experiences, as a new mom, Denise felt a void in her life. How best to fill the void was a mystery and Denise made the personal decision that leaving home to work was not an option. Her unexpected search for a lingerie travel bag for a friend changed her life forever and today, Denise owns Plush Creations, a Texas-based manufacturer of one-of-a-kind lingerie bags and travel accessories made from silk fabric and featuring exquisite beaded details. Denise and her Plush Creations were featured in the 2004 Screen Actor’s Guild presenter gift baskets, as well as several magazines including Affluent Living, True Romance, Vive and others. Recently, her new Eye Candy jewelry bags were personally chosen by hip hop sensation Ashanti to be included in the launch of her new “Precious Jewel” fragrance.
