Request For On Site Child Care

Child care registration closes January 21, 2005. If you want child care, you must request it by that date in order for the licensed provider to have enough time to prepare. Thank you for your cooperation!

For conference attendees who need child care for the conference, we have made arrangements with Patricia Hayes-Hunt, a Maryland state certified and licensed child care provider, to provide on-site child care. As a mom, dM knows first hand how important it is to have quality child care assistance to successfully run your business. That's why she has personally selected Ms. Hunt who comes highly recommended. To request Ms. Hunt's references, please send an email.

Please do not complete this form unless you have already registered for the conference.

To register for child care, please complete and submit this form. Once you register for child care, Ms. Hunt will be notified immediately and plan for the needs of your child. Your child care fee is non-refundable. You must bring a lunch and snacks for your child in a labeled lunch box. They will be placed in an onsite cold pack so they stay fresh all day. If you will require day care for your child during the conference, it is VERY important that you register well in advance of the conference (by January 5, 2006) so that we have a sufficient amount of space and child care workers available.

The price for child care is $40 for the full day for one child. For two or more children, the price is $40 for the first child and $25 for each additional child up to 3 children. If you require care for more than 3 children, please call us at (301) 464-4515.

You may register all of the above children for the entire day, or all of them for either the morning session or the afternoon session. Snacks will be served from the bags you provide at regular intervals throughout the day and lunch will be served from the bags you provide between noon and 1:00pm. Children are not permitted in the Keynote Luncheon or in the conference sessions. Of course you may feel free to visit your child at any time throughout the day.
